I have been doing these at the end of my "push" (chest/shoulder/tri.) workouts. It has been very good at really isolating the triceps. I call these "concentration pressdowns". ;D

Thatīs a good idea.. bit like a cross between a tricep kick back and pressdowns with an Arm blaster(you never see that now) nice at the end to finish your triceps off. NICE.

good exercise , but why not use a single handle attachment for a better grip? ,no disrespect intended.

It's more of a personal preference, I find it more comfortable to just use the ball that's attached to the cable.

I actually own an Arm Blaster, haven't used it in years though. Might have to bring it back for my next training cycle.

I DO A CABLE KICKBACK SANS THE HANDLE TOO,,,

I perform cable one arm overhead extensions.......great finisher......i also prefer the ball attachment.....without the handle.

No cables at home but I do kickbacks religiously every week with a plate (either 25 or 10lbs) in my hand

exactly willie,,,,i do side laterals that way and pull elbows up hands finish foward,,,hits delt little different...

That's interesting. I haven't seen anyone else do cable laterals this way. I'm going to give this a try.
