Starting my second cycle next week, will post some info about compunds that i will use ,diet training plan, goals etc.
I completed my first cycle last summer which consisted of Test Prop 100mg EOD 8weeks. I gained about 7-8 kilos, got pretty good results but also got a bit puffy. Since then I have continued to train hard and reach my goal to lean aout, around 8% bodyfat which went well bay the way.
My current weight (morning) is 71,5 kg a bit low , the goal is around 78-82 kg. Will try to stay lean as possible and keep my diet strictly during throughout.
Diet plan
My daily calorie intake 2300-2500 kcal, will increase if necessary, depending on results i get.
Protein: 32% Carbs: 43% Fat: 25% to start with.
Meal 1: Eggs and spinach+ low fat yogurt and berries, multivits+omega 3.
Meal 2: Amino acids+ piece of fruit.
Meal 3: Beef+ brown rice+broccoli and salad low fat cheese.
Meal 4: Salmon+brown pastaand spinach+ almonds.
Meal 5: Amino acids+piece of fruit.
Meal 6: Chicken breast+ low fat cheese sallad, olive oil and almonds.
Meal 7: White fish+ sallad.
Just a sample.
Supplements: Animal Pak multivits during meals+saw palmetto+milk thistle , Whey isolate post workout, Amino acids pre workout/during also beetwen meals.
CYCLE
Cycle lenght 12-14 weeks
The cycle will will consist of Test Enanthate 250mg e7d (base)+dbol 4-5weeks from start, last 6 weeks i would start with Clenbuterol and add Tren A Winstrol or Anavar,depending on results.
Throughout cycle 14 weeks 250mg Test inject Monday, Sunday, Saturday, Friday etc.
Week 1: 10mg dbol daily/70mg week.
Week 2: 20mg daily/140mg week.
Week 3: 30mg daily/210mg week.
week 4: 50mg daily/350mg week.
The dose will be adjusted according to the results and how my body reacts maybe its fine with 10mg daily if so il stay on for a longer time.
Week 9: Tren A 50mg eod+Maybe 25mg winstrol daily following weeks.
Week 10: Tren A 50mg edo
Week 12: Tren A 50mg eod.
Week 13: Tren A 50mg eod.
Week 14: Tren A 50mg edo.
If needed Clenbuterol will be added 20mcg,40mcg,60mcg two weeks off.
This is an sample everything will be adjusted after my results and how my body will react on the compounds, I may not even use Tren!!!!!

Thats great!!!! 80-85 kg is dam good also depends on the bones structure, know lots of pepole who are 85kg but they are not that muscular, look at Mr Zane around 86kg

in fact Zane looked better at 86 kg than he did at 93 kg and these were both onstage weights
he was 86 kg in 77, 78, 79 and then in 82 when he went up to 93 kg (at the same bodyfat as he was at 86 kg) he lost some of his lines :'(

Ok, so we are the same height & leaness,only difference is, I'm 92kg. Don't take this the wrong way mate but you need to learn to lift & eat properly before you start doing drugs. Your nowhere near your potential at 71kg.

Alright IZO, seeing as you asked so nicely. I'll get some pics up shortly. But remember, I never said I was 8%. I said I am your BF levels which IMO is 10-12% (closer to 12%).

i maybe don't look 6% coz i ain't flexing at all and have not much muscle on my frame there
put 20 more pounds of lean tissue on me and put me in some hard flexed poses with the exact same skinfolds measurements then i'll "look" 2-3% leaner than i did in that semi-relaxed pose on here

look at his nyflexs area above the knees, you can see the tendons through the skin.
also, check the shoulders, and the arm separation, the brachialis, the brachialis looks like it will fall out,its so shredded around there.
those are very very deep cuts.
genetic luck i suppose, kinda like i get xmas tree on lower back very early on, but other areas take more time to get peeled.

i know you won't believe me, but just about 6 weeks ago i had veins running all over my abs and my ab skinfold was 5 mm
and you won't believe this even more, but... i just couldn't handle it coz these veins looked ugly as fuck >:( ??? :'(
now i'm "bulking" but i'm still around 8% or so since my ab skinfold is @ 8 mm
and by the way, i wasn't saying that i was a lean as njflex there, what i'm saying is that when someone doesn't have so much muscle they don't look as lean as someone with more muscle, even though both parties are indeed the same level of bodyfat

Just delivering what I promised you the other day. I'm definitely no PRO or bodybuilder, IZO. I'm comparing myself to you. No downlight here, but you get the idea. Like I said before, don't take it the wrong way, but if you choose to you can gain a lot more than 71kg without drugs IMO. Just sayin....

Yes...an illusion and in this thread insults thrown over numbers that don't mean anything. To an outsider looking in we can see that some people delude themselves into thinking they're something they are not because of weight on scale, caliper measurements, etc. Also, some bad camera shots so hard it's hard to see what's really going on and compare physiques.

Without going into major detail the doses have not gone high yet as I feel I can still grow on lower doses.

I do however like to stay lean now and have been able to add some lean mass this last year after hopping on the juice. Without going into major detail the doses have not gone high yet as I feel I can still grow on lower doses.

Sorry IZO I don't know what happened to your thread dude...good luck with your cycle. You're already ahead of me since you're starting out lean...I went backwards and it just cost me time. I wouldn't be thinking about the possibility of having to use clen, winstrol etc the last 6 weeks of your cycle. Seems like a plan to just get fat....don't even allow it. 12-14 weeks is not a long time so your goal should be to gain as much lean muscle as possible.
That's very doable by just keeping a stricter diet, doing cardio and making sure you're getting enough calories to allow for growth. Most people cut out cardio when trying to gain but really in my experience not only does it minimize fat gain but it really just makes your whole body run more efficiently.
