Title: All in the Family
Post by: Irongrip400 on January 28, 2013, 05:16:41 PM
Watching this on TV, and this is a pretty good show. Lots of social issues, racism etc. makes it seem like it's always been bad, and that it is just people getting older that's the problem. What I mean is, that there has always been issues, and that getting older makes you more aware of it. I like the Maude crossovers.

Talking about gun control too. It's crazy.

That show was so ahead of it's time it ain't funny. Norman Lear was one of the best sit com makers.
Today's batch of sitcoms aren't provocative. They seem as if they were written for the brain dead.
They sure don't make 'em like they used to.
