Cantwell is a beast in the shot put.  He shit at the bed in London, but he should be able to go 74" with his size and speed

Ego benching ;) - You get this guy on one of Wendlers seminars and show him how to REALLY properly bench and he wouldn't manage half of that weight.

That 38 inch waist is bullshit too.  In person Cantwell is a monster.  I saw him at a track meet a few years ago.  He is like one of those dudes on Worlds Strongest Man in person.

That bench had more bounce than a mexican lowrider,, however Jim Wendler is a dick and has a horrible raw bench. Him ad tate both swung off the same nuts Simmons and Westside, whose methods are so full of marketing and his new as seen on tv hip swing and other garbage he has turned to.  Westside BB is powerlifting with a ton of equipment and drugs ...

Was going to say something similar.  His waist looks a lot bigger than 38, that's for sure.

15% truth in those 15% BF. And for those who wonder why he's got no chest with those BP numbers, that video pretty much explains it all. If I bounced more than 600 pounds on my chest like he does, there wouldn't be any chest left either.
