Not sure what he claims, but I'm person I estimate he's about 5'4". Met him about three years ago...he's wider than he is tall!

Hide is pretty strong don't let the vid fool u, like Shawn ray for thier weight can press some impressive poundages. I've seen him do sets of incline 6-8 reps with 150Ib dumbbells. Couldn't have weighed more than 220 either with good form

L and R in Japanese are basically the same sound. It's similar to 'shi' and 'si' where, for a Japanese speaker, the two sounds exist within the same range and are considered one sound.
Try not to be annoyed about it...

his calves wouldn't improve even if he stood in buckets of wet sand and did calf raises for a whole yr.

Agree - Like her training style.
Did notice in the chest clip Iris saying Hide is only on 50grams of carb in this prep but then later said he was eating every three hours and one of the foods mentioned was "Rice" - so saying two differing things unless each meal is 1/4 teaspoon of rice. ??? I may have heard that wrong.
None the less still like there training - much better than watching Branch and Johhny

training at this point is moot it's all about diet manipulation, and Hide did'nt look ready from the videos

He needs to use the isolator that Seth F was sponsored by, so you do need to holding anything. You don't need to directly work your arms at this point. Diet and cardio is key.
