Here are some high quality scans of the newly signed Ronnie Coleman Signature Series athlete Shawn Rhoden. Shawn is the fastest rising star in bodybuilding and takes the title for "Most Improved" and is on the heels of Kai and Phil. I predict another Top 3 finish for Shawn at the 2013 Mr. Olympia contest.

I'm sure he's a nice guy but he's overrated. No back thickness and lack of detail at that level.

Which is precisely the reason he can win. Think, third in this condition is outrageous, now have him come in razor sharp with 15lb of added muscle and he will take it. The reason he is so good is his bones are insanely tiny, wide clavicles while his hips belong on 150 pounder, his muscles balloon out and near perfect insertions, his quad sweep starts at the Hip and goes right to the knee

The thing is the Arnold's classics would have been his and that is a ridiculous amount of money and title to turn down so it is a safe bet that he is gunning for the Olympia throne this year. With Ronnie behind him and an entire year to improve by a workaholic like him I would not rule this out as a possibility. This guy is hungry and motivated, has all the tools and now he has the money, he is my dark horse for the Olympia this year.

He won't be beat Phil, Kai or Jay. He's not thick enough or doesn't have the condition needed. He was a distant 3rd last year.

He can come in 7lb heavier then last year with a deficit of 8lb of fat and water. So that would make him leaner with an added 15 lb of muscle, obviously not 15 heavier and then even leaner, of course not.
I am willing to bet this, he will beat at least one of the 3 Jay, Phil, or Kai which would put him in 3rd, although I think he can go all the way, it is highly unlikely and to bet so would be stupid as the odds are against this. I have a feeling about this though, I will not be surprised if he won

Dexter did at the same age, well not 15lb but 10lb. Look you guys do not understand the power of momentum, in bodybuilding momentum, drive and hunger are everything and that dictates the future and no one has more of that on the planet then Rhoden obviously, going from an absolute nobody to third in the world then winning shows, then deciding to skip the Arnold as he would have been the favorite should tell us he is gunning for the Olympia with everything he's got, also you don't know what limited funds can do to a bodybuilder so having the financial freedom now could make a difference.
It is virtually impossible with all this going for him not to improve, I predict the most dramatic transformation out of all the pros, there is no reason to think his age is causing a decline, of course in few years yes but not now.
