Why would you laugh at that? Who do you think is on the hook for each $40 Million Dollar drone?
This is a repeat of what shoulder to air missiles in the hands of Afghans did to the Russian jets & helicopters.
We then saw Russia collapse didn't we? Do you think the prospect of a US collapse to be a laughing matter?

The American President is the commander in chief. Presidents appoint the judiciary.
I'm not suggesting that a President should be above the law or other citizens.
But they effectively are in most cases.
