yes trying to not overtain to tax my CNS. Also going to do peroidization (ie. progressing every single workout) the experts tell me "progressive overload" is key.
also i hear "keep your back straight" is how you get big legs on squats gonna do that too

during work i had to eat 3 hersheys bars and a half jar of smuckers all natural peanutbutter it was like eating reeses cups but better
i had lots of energy and got things done my man its like i have to keep eating more and more to keep pace with life, its weird but naturaly thats what i have to do, if i dont eat what i want i got not that too much type of energy

I know what you mean man. when I do a shitton of bag work and focus mitt work and maybe even some boxing sparing I crave carbs like a madman. You got to eat more protein though, one way or another.
I like to kick my day of with mostly carbs and then progressively eat more protein as I get close to evening time.

its cause our bodys crave to become suns themselves big firey balls of hydrogen one day thats what we will become if we live over million of years in the body you start with. Its a survival instinct wich leads to becoming an actuall sun

(http://i50.tinypic.com/2pphbt1.jpg) considering that i havent worked biceps or arms directly in a couple of years besides some boxing i think my arms have held up because my overall mass is fatter. i feel i only lost 10 percent musclemass from lack of heme iron but gained 30 percent more fat because im going to be a sun after 100,000 years of existing and cultivating mass products that were created by our current sun. thats why there are so many suns because quite a few people have built that kinda mass

i just need to keep my body more alkaline thats the only route to success i can see, i sometimes go days without veggie puree shakes wich probably causes me to become more acidic and less progress
