For some unknown reason... I could never do upright rows. Always felt unnatural and caused me pain even on light warm ups. My body just never liked that motion. Being into powerlifting, I forced myself to do power cleans, but they never felt right either.

deadlifts.fuck those shits..something always goes " pop" in my lower back when doing these and ive been training for 20 yrs and use correct form.

2:21 , i would never be able to do Pistol Squats these days due to my knees being shit / having knees like an old man
What good is that exercise for anyways, there are better ways to train legs
