after he retired he had a workout with jay arms, after the workout the measured arms, the vid is on youtube,
colemans good arm was 23 jays arm was 22
note coleman was a bit down in size at this point

After 20 inches an inch is an enormous landslide. The difference between 21 and 22 is a different planet. So yes curry's are 21 and Flex's are way bigger but no more then 22

Saw Flex at a nutrition store where he was making an appearance in Pembroke Pines FL back in 99! He said he weighed 286 at the time! His arms were stupid big cartoon like! At the time I weighed 215 with a little over 18" arms! I would say his arms were 22" maybe a little bigger in my estimation!

The average circumference of an adult man's head is a little over 23". When looking at photos, compare their biceps to their head. If it's clear its not even close, chances are high that they are BS'ing about their arm measurement.

hm i dont know, a former training buddy had quite lean 22inch arms, ridiculously huge, and he measured them infront of ppl, but flexs still look bigger and flex is bit taller than him.
as for levrone i totaly believe it, i seen levrone with my own eyes from maybe 3 feet away.and i seen jp fux many times.levrone is easy 23 inch arms.
To put in perspective Phil Heath measured a few years ago around 22.
