Chocolate Stout
Can`t wait.  I will have this after Squats today and nothing else as this completes my 2600 calories for the day.

Anyone else like Samuel Smith?

2600 I Lose weight/Maintain.  I can maintain around 3000 or a bit more easily, especially now that its warmer.  I train with weights 5 days a week, each body part twice a week- 3 days I only take one minute rests between each set for a total of 20-30 sets each day-Hypertrophy days and on the other two- Lift maximum weight-rest as long as you want so that you actually get the weight.  (google PHAT training if interested)

(this training is not entirely necessary either, but I just LOVE to train and it does produce optimal results strength wise and looks wise for me)

Also, I am extremely busy when it gets warmer and I do a ton of manual labor in the spring and summer digging and planting and just maintaining our property.  But without any of that, if I train five days a week with no cardio- 2600 does the trick easily for me and I can ride that all the way down.  Of course going a bit lower does speed things up, but its not necessary.

I just finished training Legs for my Hypertrophy day and am about to crack open this Chocolate Stout and go to bed soon.  :P  Hopefully I will be still coherent to read Asimov in the bed.  I am a lightweight when it comes to alcohol.  :-X

TA or Alex, what does this stuff taste like? Never was a fan of beer (more of the hard liquor fan).

For the last three months I've run for an hour three times a week and I'm still a metabolic lightweight.

To be honest I don't recall.  I went out to the District a lot.  Worked at Lollies for a while as a bouncer (swore I would never work as one again, but just came down to wanting more money so I could golf more).
