Title: advice on my diet please

breakfast
2 cups plain oatmeal 6 boiled egg whites

2 hours later
22g protein shake mixed with water only

lunch
1 lb of fish  wrapped in foil lemons and asparagus


2 hours later
22g protein shake with water  protein bar with 22 grams of protein.


dinner
16 ounces of cooked lean chicken    raw veggies sometimes baked potato


after dinner    yogourt with berries  straw/blue  berries   

If I should get hungry any other time of day  I have a protein bar or carrots

Its kinda boring  but Ive gotten use to it

i think more fruit would just add sugars I dont need

My diet is working fine. However if I don't change it up and try different things I wont be on a diet for long
