get about 2" from their bumper, flashing your lights then overtake on the inside screaming abuse at them and cut in front of them close enough to make them stamp on the brakes.
Be sure to give them the finger as you drive off.

There was an article on yahoo about a lady getting a ticket for 62 in a 65 in the left lane. I didn't see one comment being on her side. I don't know who these people are, maybe it's the same mother fucker riding all around the country pissing people off. Got to be, because I don't know one person who does this.

We get the assholes here who get on your bumper when youre in the slow lane going the posted limit-HEY MORON, there are two lanes to the left, PASS ME IF YOU NEED TOO!!
