Curt Hennig gave his kid some Ico-Pro for football. The kid ended up sitting out that game because he got the shits and couldn't practice all week.

You'll love it! And, it'll make you hate the garbage we have today even more.
I just wish they'd have touched some on his friendship with Rude, and shown some of his vignettes with Flair. Wade Boggs told some very touching stories about Curt.

What was the stuff Hoffman used to put out? They said old Bob would actually hand mix big batches of the stuff with an oar. Stuntmovie has mentioned the powder before.

i read about this in the john fair book he used to mix the peanut butter  protein  candy bars that way. you can just picture hoffman in a wifebeater stirring this concoction with an oar in a huge caldron or vat. peanut butter & sawdust & bob hoffman sweat = good eating. i actually like these protein bars back in the day had i only known. bob o'leary aka B.O.S.S used to deliver this stuff along with other stuff to the carbon plaza mall. "just be natural" store.
