I'm 30 , and the last 2years off training and AA's.Due to lack of good nutrition i have got fat and I'm now 1.75m about 120kg-265lbs.
My motivation is low , i like to train , do you think its a good idea to start a cycle with test 500mg/week while doing a lot of cardio and diet, for extra motivation and good feeling ?Or should i pass, diet train and hit it after i lose weight.
p.s sorry for my English.

You should be motivated to lose the weight without the test. If anything it will just make you feel more fat with the added bloat. Lose some weight on your own and start it when you get your bf down....

Don't forgo the test unless you get your natural levels tested and find out that you're fine. If you're too lazy to do that (like I would be), get on the test and make sure to do cardio and get your diet in order.

Thanks for the opinions i know that the right path is difficult but when i recall my condition back 3-4 years with 97kg and 13%bf i now feel shitier for letting this happen.Maybe i need psychotherapy xaxaxa ;D .

The more adipose tissue you've got the more Aromatase Enzymes are present; you'll need a hefty AI to keep from bloating up even worse from using test at a high BF %.
