Just interested to know what sort of guidelines the mods are following on the G&O?
As far as I see OMR and princess L move threads and delete inappropriate content as per their job description. However there is one mod on there that seems to start a LOT of shit with people and then delete all the replies. Not only that, they are oversensitive and insecure and remove any posts that even remotely question them or make them look bad. Multiple members have complained and received the threatening? pms? and been told that said mod has the website owner wrapped around his finger and will do as he asks if he demands a ban.
Cutting to the case, I guess the real question is this: Does Getbig try to pursue an open and inclusive forum that allows plenty of mocking and joking that includes the admin, or does a mod -- one mod, actually -- have the right to use the moderator position simply to pursue an agenda that involves plenty of shit-slinging but only in one direction? I have not seen the likes of OMR, L, Chaos, Mindspirit, Clavin etc do this and wondered if indeed there were any parameters mods should follow. Basically if people are attacked and threatened, should they have a right to reply?

He starts the crap and then deletes the replies; not only that, he then lies to Ron about what he deleted and why. He is online all day nowadays so the deletions are multiple.
My issue isn't with a mod deleting, it is with a mod deliberately attacking and abusing then deleting replies so that people can't defend themselves, or mention his past. Trust me, no other moderator pulls this shit. Not one. I hope you never do otherwize all the love you've built will be tested. Well, I think this is a good medium for clarification of said altercations. Both Grant and yourself can discuss the issues being brought up and hopefully a decent resolution can take place.

I don't believe in pushing anyone. I also like helping members out within the forum. If someone is receiving death threats they typically come to me for a little assistance and I try my best to reach a solution. When gh15's elves came over at full force and members felt offended, I stepped in and shed light on the situation, so much so, that mr. gh15 made a post stating that of everyone here, he felt I was one of the most reasonable and allowed for all issues to dissolve a little.
That's what I do, I like to help people get along and put issues aside. That aside, I am also someone you can simply PM and discuss a problem you are having with another member.

I don't think you gentlemen should get banned at all. I actually appreciate variety and compelling arguments on the forum. Shit is slung around here everyday and will continue to happen with or without any of us.
The thing is, Ron does have certain rules in place regarding the use of personal information and whether or not he chooses to enforce those rules is up to Ron. I just wouldn't like this incident to escalate to that instance, because I don't think this little matter is worth taking to that extreme conclusion.
If you guys chose to battle it out with a much larger entity on this forum that was known for being a fucking jerk (SMM being the best example I could recall, even Squadfather), then fine, knock yourselves out. I don't think Grant Michaels has the energy to keep this battle going.
