Title: Seacausus to Bev's Gym?

I've ggogled it on Google maps and got the time to an hour and 15 minutes.  Can anybody tell me the "real time" of that trip?  I'm going to NYC this summer and wanted to know if I can make the trip, and SHOULD I make the trip?

definitely the best gym in the world,as a gym owner myself I aspire to do what bev and steve have done.
