Falcon is probably more fat than 90% of this board, so let's account for that when assessing opinions. ;D

that is all top notch persian food. I love chicken soltanis wich is a skewer of chicken and a skewer of beef. I also like the chicken skewer filet mignon skewer. The rice is also bomb pure basmatti and if you go to a real authentic persian restaurant they should use real saffron on the rice wich gives it that yellow shade on top of the rice. Real persians eat similar to italians. Lots of courses and lots of family around.
