Title: Lower body stretching

Here is how I stretch my lower body

Lax ball bottom of foot
Lax Ball on tibia, calves, peroneus, lateral calf
Foam Roller Quads ITBand and Adductors
Lax Ball Adductors Glutes
Theracane on Psoas
Thomas position stretch
Theracane hamstring

Calf stretch
Tibia stretch

Camel Cat x 10

Wall kneeling hip flexor quad stretch
pigeon stretch or table top pigeon
Hip IR stretch
Adductor stretch(frog or sitting upright)

Table hamstring stretch IR ER
