Jay's bringing lines and symmetry this year! He should stay injury-free by not playing the size game. I've been scared he would injure himself trying to lift too heavy, and pull out 2 weeks before the show with a strain. Glad to see he's not playing Kai's game, and focusing on conditioning instead. He can win this!

Jays in a bad situation.. He cannot match Heath on "lines" or shape.. And Kai will be the biggest man on stage.. The only way jay has a shot is to be the biggest and most conditioned.. So if he matches kai on stage in the size dept and has better conditioning he has a slim shot if Heath blows it..

even if jay shows with his best even 09 condition,,,it wont matter kai/heath have improved over that in 3 yrs,,,just a matter of realistic expectations and progress of the other 2 and jay missing time to get arm better ,,u get passed by law of nature...

arnolds pic is much better than jays. look at the fullness of his bi's compared to jays. look at the way the lats flow. much more pleasing to the eye. jay might have a couple of good poses but this isnt one of them. looks blocky.
