He's competent and knows how the world works. He is a grownup. He's not eager to please.
As much as I dislike many things about him - I look at people like Rubio and I see an eager-to-please person who will bend under pressure. Jeb won't. When Putin or G20 or whoever try to stare down the USA, Rubio will be a wimp like Obama. Jeb will not.
We can probably agree that presidential agendas aren't that much different... Mccain/Romney are very similar to obama on most issues and decisions would be the same. We'd be in syria under Romney - Romney said so himself!
Policy will be the same - we pick president as caliber of man/woman who will be a bad mofo on the world stage. Rubio is a wimp. Hilary? Jeb? They are not.
