Have kids that are a few weeks old, lost 20 pounds cause it's impossible to workout eat or sleep!
Should I juice to keep my weight up or would u all just stop it for a few months? Hate being 20 pounds lighter!

Can you please explain your logic here. My kids are well off, have everything they need. They are polite, my son gets straight a's. What is this HS that you can't juice if you got kids?

Just curl, row and bench your toddlers, man. Stay on the juice. No point in coming off unless it's something health related. Just stay on a low, but slightly generous HRT dose.

Stay clean. I did the whole time my daughter was growing up and I was traveling on business. Train at home when you can then join a cheap gym for quick ones as things settle down. You will begin gaining some of the 20 back clean when you can train hard then later in life you can juice again if you want.
Avoid the health risks and be a great dad because that will matter most as you get older.

If you have sons, come off and take a break til you can commit fully again.
If you have daughters, stay on. You need to come in full and vascular every time she has a boyfriend over so he knows what's up.
