What kinds of compounds do bikini competitors typically run?
As I posted in the G&O, I have a female friend at work that I'm helping get in shape. She's told me that she wants to look like Amanda Latona, and some of the other IFBB bikini women.
Her ultimate goal is to compete in a amateur bikini competition. She's already had others at her gym tell her to get fat burners like clen, t3, and she asked me about Anavar (which I have zero experience with). She is willing to run anything, even though I told her absolutely not on certain compounds.
Do any of you have any experience with this? What should she run? I was thinking simply having her run a clen/t3 combo until she gets into the low singles, and then something else if she actually wants to do a competition... but she seems hell bent on wanting to run something to hold onto her muscle. (She says she doesn't want to look like those skinny/fat chicks at the gym that do hours of cardio)

20-30mg of Anavar with mild amounts of T3 and Clen.
A lot of girls i know love Var and have great results from it.
There is nothing wrong with having her run 20mg of Var with Clen/T3 as she is cutting weight.
Primo is a great choice as well.
Stay away from Test and Winny, unless she wants to grow a mustache.

This has happened to multiple girl-friends (not my girlfriends) of mine. :-X
