...I don't think there is anything wrong or shameful about it when done discreetly,
...and I don't believe she or her child should be made to consume their meal in a bathroom.
Breastfeeding is one of the most natural things in the world,
...and anyone creeped out by it really needs to examine themselves.
Having said that, ...I have to say this pic is just soooo wrong. lololol

Mom was doing Yoga, ...and baby was hungry, ...so the little tyke just crawled up, latched on,
...and had itself a little meal. lololol. Brings new meaning to the phrase "My baby has learned to feed itself" ;D

Ya, the morning naked yoga routine should most definitely be restricted to private property,
but I have no problem with breastfeeding. Private property / public property I don't have a problem with it,
...and I don't think anyone else should either, ...especially in a restaurant where meals are supposed to be consumed.
As for the woman depicted above, ...I think that was taken on her own private property doing her morning yoga.

I breastfed both my babies in public. I covered myself up when I did it but I wasn't going to resort to hiding away in some stinky bathroom. Breast feeding is natural.

exactly. Every country I've been in doesn't seem to have a problem with it. Hell in Japan a woman at the little family story whipped it out for the baby on her hip as she was bagging the veggies I was buying lol. In Samoa its not a big deal and don't you dare open your mouth about it being one lol.

I'm fine with it, but I do prefer when a woman keeps the baby under a blanket.
in this society the female breast has become a sexualized object....it's not just known as a source of food. And to tell you the truth I don't mind that. I look at it as both. With that being said because it is a sexualized "object", for lack of a better term, I do think it's best to keep it "under wraps". Out of sight, out of mind.
Yes, of course babies need to feed, but just be classy about it.
I had a friend who was breastfeeding at a friends house......she didn't cover anything......the twelve year old son came into the kitchen, and I guess got a bit "hard." A very embarrassing incident and his mom was furious. He was mortified. Not his fault......this is how we have been programmed in society.....a naked breast is a sexual object. Nobody did anything wrong in this scenario.
But I say best to keep it covered.

The boy. She obviously failed to realize that his reaction was completely normal...especially for someone entering puberty. From what I understand it all smoothed out pretty nicely, but an embarrassing situation all round.

awww poor kid. :'( I can't imagine being a 12 yr old boy, getting a stiffie and having your Mom yell at you.
She should have been furious with herself for not offering her friend a blanket or towel.

No kidding. Hope that doesn't trigger the start of an mental disorder / body issue. I can remember sitting in the library in elementary looking at national geographic and getting a full on erection after seeing some nasty flat tribal boobs. No one called me out but I can remember still feeling embarrassed of myself. I can only imagine what that kids felt like having his mom not only see it but them calling him out on it. Not cool.
My son (newly 5) thinks its hilarious. When potty training I had to tell him to stop pulling on it and to point it down when going to the bathroom and he'd say "but dad it's so big" hahahahahahaha

I doubt it. He's only 12. Something tells me he's going to get many more stiffies over the course of the next few years, ...certainly over his lifetime.

i didnt care about it until the other day...this lady started talking about how she was gonna start yelling and hit anyone who said anything to her before she even popped one out....it has become one of those things that stupid people who are loud mouths love to get behind because it going to happen..
