Dude might shift the O back to conditioning being as important as soft globs of mass.
If he keeps it up he might win by making the other guys look a month out. If he doesn't win he looks lean and put together in his last show and still places well. Smart man.

My prediction has always been that he'll be shredded, totally diced... but he'll be 30 pounds smaller than Ramy. You can do what it takes to get sliced... but for the last 2 years, jay hasn't been training as much as the others. He was small in a lot of pictures a lot of the last 2 years, for various reasons. Nothing wrong with it - taking a break - but there's a reason Kai and Phil were training like monsters all those months when Jay was training biceps and signing autographs, ya know?
He can get sliced. But he's standing alone (not even attending the biggest BBing movie premiere of the decade, in which he stars) - doesn't he want to stand next to the other guys? We see 10,000 pics from the front and side. Not a single back pic.
He's gonna be 249 to 254 pounds up there? But just competing is a WIN, so props to him for that!

He looks quite small and I think he'll be dwarfed, on stage.
People are once again overlooking his oil filled arms. Look at his left arm (his left).
Jay had his time - it's time to start calling a spade a spade and the dude has too much oil in his arms and shouldn't be placed high at the olympia.

I AGREE,somewhat with the back shot show rdb or lat spread it could have put the ! on i'm ready bring your' a' game or maybe he wants to really surprise or it flat out is same ol jay there,otherwise he looks greatand I would say kai has to worry a bit,jay has better structure than kai and kai's waist is suspect due to his compact strucuture.top 3 would be great for jay,and even before all these pic's by rep alone we all had jay sentimental wise pemciled in 3rd ,but he's really rose above that to be legit top 2.

Looks very good - the midsection is much improved and he just needs to carb up to remove some of the flatness. Hope he makes top three - as long as he beats the over-hyped Ramy that will be fine.

Can not recall the Last time Jay had this Type of Conditioning though the Pec/Delt/chest before interesting too see if he can hold that type of Conditioning right up too Contest time

(2) Heath
(3) Kai

From my original passion for bodybuilding DEXTER to me should be Mr. OLYMPIA for some time now, but I am already programmed to think the way the judges of today's era are rewarding and from this perspective in this line up the best DEXTER can muster is a 5th place, sad but true.

if u r talking about that round bulge. That's not oil. That's one of the weird things that happen when u have your bicep reattached. Same thing happened to mine. When u flex it in a position like that it creates a Lump appearance thAt was not there before the surgery.

Expect a "Rocky" storyline. The crowd will root for him, Kai places 3rd and Apollo Heath still wins by split decision. People will call Jay the true 2013 O' winner, the people's champ and he will peacefully leave in the sundown.

He has surpassed my expectations, but they were nil to begin with. If Kai, Phil, Ramy, Dexter, Shawn, Victor and Wolf are all on, Jay shouldn't get better than 8th at this stage of his career. But we all know that unless he shows up looking like Vince Basile, he's gonna be top 5 and more than likely top 3. The fix is in.

Phils arms are way to superior! Phil is small but he makes up for it with those insane arms! Phil will take it again. Kais past is too dirty but it would be nice to see kai win but Phil is a more respected bpdybuilder and has just insane arms. def same top 2 as last year. I don't know where jay will fit in . Jay has blown shows before just a day out.

A 2 Dimensional pic will not show that there is a 30-35lb difference there, also keep in mind RAMY has not peeked yet in that photo and Jay is already there.
