Looking at a lot of mr o competitors photos over the last few weeks i notice that everybody has a smaller gut this year, looks that the gh gut thing is finally comming under control, this should help bodybuilding because nothing looks more disgusting than a big gh gut.

they are pretty amazing. you dont see this kinda of dedication in other sports. Peyton manning plays half of 48 minutes. Jay has been going to battle for 10 weeks of dedicated training and dieting now.
