-right now around 195lbs
-have'nt done measures in a while, arms around 18, chest around 46...
-not too sure of bodyfat % (but this is bulk season)

16, i had 16 inch arms back in highschool, maybe your just jealous, as for the age thing most people who see me think i'm like 22 or 23 so i don't know (or care)

yeah i don't know why but i've always been that way, my abs look like they have GH writen all over them but i have'nt touched the stuff or anything for that matter. There's a natural show in may i'm probibly gonna do and i was thinking of doing my first cycle some time after that (to get over the plateau)

eating alot, i can vouch for that ;D I manage to stick to the rule of eating every 2-3 hours to stay in the anabolic growth phase but every now and then i have one of those cheat days and i usually hit a buffet and do some major damage. Good shock for the system though

Popeye lot of peope think just because your stomach sticks out, you have a gh gut.The truth is most bodybuilders guts grow from high protein and high calorie diets, not so much from gh.The stomch grows so it can adapt and hold more food, because bodybuilders eat alot of food.When a person uses alot of gh, there gut does grow, but so does there other body parts like hands, feet and facial features.
We covered HGh in class pretty well, and the reason we were given for enlarged bellys of bodybuilders was due to an extremely enlarged liver and kidneys...not sure if this is fact but thats what we were taught

No it's cool, being short isn't the grestest but this was the base i was given, so lets see how freaky i can get it. As for the Popeye nickname i got that from my friends back in highschool, i always had bigger arms than anybody so they started callin me Popeye, so it kinda stuck with me ever since.

i used to get called "MUGSY" when i was in high school! don't ask! (i was puny back then too). only weighed about 120-125lbs when i graduated. i'm 190 now, but we're talking 20 years later too!

Right now i'm startin to shred down about 14 weeks from my competition, already dropped about 10lbs in 2 weeks and the abs are cuttin up nice, will try and have progress pics as soon as i get em

okay here's the newest pics i have (and yes a couple of the legs), took them about 8 weeks back, my buddy just got me them now. Right now i am about 5 weeks out from my comp. and that same buddy has pics from about 4 weeks back (still gotta get em) will also try and take more in the next week or two, to keep showin the progress

I'm not talking contests- I'm talking for everyday beach presentation. Just a little trimming on that belly and armpit hair would help greatly. He's a big dude, respect for that.
