Vince's greatest contribution is that he's the Tommy John of fitness trolling. He takes his lumps and just keeps chugging along. When we are old and grey, and have forgotten about this hobby, Vince will be on some board annoying some young flotsam with his blue fonted theories of hypertrophy and nutrition.

What changes in "gains" has this afforded you? Please provide means and standard errors.
My arms went from 18inchs to 15 inches and my bench press went from 315 to 235 but i am very happy, lifting less weights means i have less weight to put back on the rack in the gym and now that i look like a twink people wont bother me asking me if i work out anymore.
