The active compound will probably come out of solution & crystallize.  Known as 'crashing'.

I think it's reversible, by baking the vials at low heat, but I don't know the details

And by "car", do you mean the place where you'll be sleeping when your baby-momma is done taking you to the cleaners for child support?

My buddy kept his vials in the fridge. Not 0C obviously, but colder than 20C for sure and never had a problem. He would just heat up the syringe by running it under hot water for a min.

WTF I've never heard anyone doing that on purpose what gauge did he use to draw....... if the gear oil is thick I'll warm it up before I inject ...... I think you might mean water based gear or peptides in fridge

Nope, it was oil. I never asked what gauge he used, but if my gear has been in the car on a cold day I'd just use 18g needle to draw and 25g to pin. I use 18g to draw always actually, i hate sitting there waiting for it to go through a 25g.

Mind you, I NEVER let it sit in the car during the winter, only if its above 0C outside. 4 - 10C is fine I think.
