This month our cover model is IFBB Fitness Pro Julie Childs. Includes interview with Tamee Marie winner of the Carol Semple Classic.

Don't post an online e-zine until you've got ALL the material edited. Be tougher with your contributors in regards to deadlines and things related. When someone reads the the e-zine, and finds that an article is "coming soon", chances are that the the average reader won't return to look for that article again.
Just some suggestions.
And this Julie Childs... WOW! She should do like that former WWE girl did, and become an actress.

I noticed that too, her skin looks a little rough, not soft and smooth. I wonder what causes that. She's pretty but I don't like that rough look.

No matter what - a cover is a cover and thats ALWAYS a thrill and something special. I remember my first cover in U.S -- it was on M&F and they didn't show my face.....of course it was AWESOME but still I would have like to 'see who it was' :) Anyway.......congrats and good luck in 2006!!!

Ok, since you asked:
1) I initially excited to see a Kristi Wills' arms article advertised. That's good.
2) The photos were good, but you don't get to say that about your own stuff.
3) The video was NOT good. Quicktime is not a preferred format, but I'll let that slide. The camerawork was not steady and the zoom in/zoom out was very distracting when you consider the purpose of the video.

What I meant to say was that Julie is a good-looking woman, but (as with the Jenny Lynn cover), up-close you can see some rough areas that could've been easily retouched--and would've made a night/day difference. Just some honest criticism..

I'm telling you, do a search on her to see more pictures. She never looks like that. That Is an example of a photographer making her look worse not better. Look at her hair and makeup. Its aweful. All the covers of this magazine make the girls look so bad. I bet Julie cringed when she saw this pic. She didnt choose It thats for sure. Julie is smoken hot. Do a search and see. This magazine needs to do a better job with their photoshoots. I bet julie figured there would be hair and makeup when she arrived at the shoot. I also wonder , was this the best picture of all the shots taken of her that day ? Wow.

It seems to me that this is a closet schmo that has convinced girls he is a good photographer. He wanted to shoot my ex girlfriend a few times and I was against it. I didn't like the quality of his stuff. Sadly, Julie was likely just doing him a favor.
Julier and her husband are both very cool. He is an ex seahawk player. Julie is about as real as they come. She is one of the good ones.
