If I get the veto from the RIBBF and training and everything goes favorably I will compete at the Ifbb Amateur Europe Olympia in Prague next June.

I've NEVER been good at boxing, grappling, or organized fighting of any sort. I'm not an athlete, I'm not graceful, and I'm not coordinated. I am, however, SCRAPPY, which is why I got dropped half as much as I should have growing up.
Boxing I'll never pull off. Cracking a bitch in the dome and being gone before the swelling starts? Pro. Uppercuts and jabs? Nope. Broken bottles and boxcutters? THAT'S a fight.

There are three shows in May (Shreveport, Pittsburgh, New York), and I plan to do at least one, if not all. Kinda depends on how the first one goes, whichever that is haha. I'm clearly going to need more cap to my delts and bigger glutes if I want to get anywhere, so I've been working on it, but we'll see...

It is a new show so more chance of getting noticed than landing on an already established scene as a newcomer, however I expect standard to be very high.

For my last show I only did a six week diet and was surprised at results, if I am lean to begin with I dont see myself in get shredded mode until 9 weeks out.
I cant tell you how many calories I eat as I dont count them, nor do I count macros. I do weigh what I eat with my eye though and keep track of it while dieting. I seem to work better beginning with high protein moderate fat low carb and as I get leaner reduce the fats to a minimum and increase carbs as my body works with them better as I get leaner. For my last diet I only ate oatmeal for carb source until it was time to carb up. Protein stays high throughout.
As for cardio I try to be active all year round but the indoor gym CV sessions will step up when the official diet begins usually 5-6 days a week 30-45mins moderate intensity steep incline tredmill and stepper. I bike and walk outdoors also. Ideally I will be able to stop the formal cardio 2 weeks out to prevent muscle loss, fill out the legs and improve their separation.

I dont have a set training split at the moment, I train 4-5 days a week usually each muscle once a week or once every 5-6 days depending on recovery. I like to train legs as one unit usually, chest back and shoulders have seperate days respectively, arms ideally get a day for themselves but often get split up with chest and shoulders.
