Sparse storage at home, since fresh food is available on the cheap all over the place, combined with the fact that I am not a fan of cooking.

Here are the few items that always seem to be around:

on one please speak more on this chicken/ice cream/peanut butter diet.

sure dude as you know gal and I advocate ultra low cal dieting.

the 2 lbs chicken breast is my daily protein intake and the rest of my cals I round out w 2 tsp of natural PB so I'm running around 1k cal days.

that being said there are days I have discovered my body will demand either sugars or sodium/ fats. instead of being a stubborn asshole and not listening to my body I will eat a handful of chips or a bowl of ice cream w the PB and j or sometimes both the chips and the ice cream. if I do both it'll take my cals up to 1500 or so. that's the advantage to dieting on such low cals. even a chest like that still leaves me in a 1500cal deficit and prevents 5-6k cal meltdown binges further down the road.

fighting the bodies demand for these things is stupid, not hardcore. the body is telling you hey asshole, I NEED sodium. or I NEED a rapidly transferable energy (sugar) cause your body fat is getting to low to conveniently pull it out. there's a huge difference in how much more easily your body converts fat to fuel when your say 8-9% as opposed to 5.

the trick is knowing the difference between actual demand and just wanting to eat for taste.

50lb bag of Jasmine rice
quaker quick oats
whole milk
generic mac n cheese
country crock 'butter spread' (the regular shit)
dozens of eggs (they sell'em at the dollar-store!.. only medium or large though)
bags of frozen chicken nuggets/strips
bullseye bbq sauce
large tubs of Jiffy peanut butter

and when I'm 'bulking', i'll have tons of Hamburger helper (tomato basil penne, 4 cheese lasagna, cheesy Italian shells, and stroganoff) with a pound and a half of fatty ground beef per box.

Do you have any link to other Aussies saying the "What You" so i can hear how it's pronounced?

Let's skip the nose-topic and stick to the "What You"

I am glad that your nose is fixed and you can breathe better, that's what really matters in life anyway, Life Quality.

So, would it be too much to ask to hear a "What You?"

I will tell you a true story.  I was driving to work the other day and I feel something crawling on my left side of neck.  I want to scream but I don't because I have learnt not to scream here as bugs/spiders can go in the mouth.  So I say "fuck me" and look in the mirror of my car but can't see anything.  I feel it crawling down onto my shoulder and I look over and see a big spider sitting on my left shoulder.  I scream as its no where near my mouth and crush it with my hand while keeping other hand on steering wheel.

I would rather a spider crawling around on me than a car accident...plus I am quite used to spiders appearing out of nowhere so I have adapted to all situations.  The worst is one crawling up your leg and you are wearing a dress.  My eyes grow very wide but I still manage to stop the car safely and get it out.

How does camel milk taste compared to cow milk?

Hey bro,

My inability to describe in full the set of sensations that constitute "tasting camel milk" is yet more evidence of the claim that language did not evolve for communicative purposes: rather, it evolved to serve an inner, computational function with externalization of thought a mere by-product.

But anyway, here's my best attempt: camel milk is very much like skim milk, but with a "camely" taste that is perhaps best described as a minute but still perceptible saltiness. It isnt "gamey" in the slightest -- we're talking about a pasteurized supermarket product in the UAE, not Bedouin-style "straight from the tap" camel milk -- and I think that if you swapped someone's skim milk for camel milk for their morning cereal or some such, they might not tell the difference.

Its macronutrient ratios are similar enough to cow milk that we can simply treat them as equivalent. Probably its defining property, though, is its ease of digestion (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20857626) for persons with lactose issues.

Chiro and others, what's the benefit(s) of almond milk?

Not a whole lot honestly.

More calcium than cow milk. Also it's made from almonds so you're getting some trace good fats.

I love it though because when I'm dieting (5 days a week now), when my hunger/sugar cravings hit at bedtime, I can have a glass or 2 and it completely kills my cravings and Ive only consumed about 75 cals.

My favorite: Unsweetened Vanilla flavor.
