My personal record for pizza......I ate a 12 inch dominos pizza ALL BY MYSELF.

The last 2 pieces I forced down.

It was pepperoni and delicious.

But did I ever feel like shit.

I can usually eat 3 to 4 pieces in one sitting....not all 8.

I've benched 140 for ten reps  exactly three times in my entire life.  I've also squatted 205  for ten and 215 for 7. I know, my numbers are kind of wack, but this is a PERSONAL record thread,  so they're pretty sweet to me haha.
my squat goal is 225#x10.  I'm convinced this will give me the monster booty I've been dreaming of.

Unreal. I don't think I could bench 140 for one rep. I've never even tried that much. I've never squatted that much either.

I have no idea how women can bench that much.

Good job lobs.

I was training at a 24hr gym one night, and there was a yoga dude, a fat yoga dude, and a jacked older dude a la Wes. Normally I would NEVER try that much weight for fear of embarrassment, but I was already struggling through 135,  and I knew old dude would never let me die.  He spotted me through 7 or 8 at 140# twice that week,  so I felt confident trying on my own the next week. I think I got ten that second week.  might have been the third week.  Then I switched back to dumbbells and haven't tried again since haha.
I may never try again...
unless by some miracle I run into "Wes" again

Booty call....Step-ups, where the bench/box/platforms is around knee height. Also hits the hams pretty good.

Lunges, though a great exercise,  may be a question of correct foot placement and balance for some people when higher reps are preformed and muscle fatigue may set in.. More so when a relative heavy weight is used. Not calling lunges a bummer to do, just some caution and attention may be in order when doing them.Good Luck.

Not my PR, but I saw a Hawaiian rugby player (near Pearl City) do a little over 315 lbs for step-ups. Around 4 to 5 reps if I remember right, and at a fast pace.

Said he switched over from heavy squats because they bothered his lower back, and never really felt right for him. Never any problems with step-ups for him (me either). That was a couple of years ago, probably much more now...no doubt. He must have weighed around 205-210, or so. Might suggest DB's , rather than a BB, for most folks.

I did a single front squat with 385 using a clean grip.  Thought about trying 395, but i almost stalled out at the bottom and i don't use a spotter at this gym because they are all idiots.  This is the strongest i remember ever being at 212 pounds.  Last time i was front squating this amount was when i was in the 240's.

About 2 years ago i did a 405 front squat using the crossed arms method.  I'm focusing on the clean grip because i'm trying to clean 335 this year and i keep getting stuck on leg strength more than the initial drive.

I haven't done a BB bench in about a year, but i can incline the 125 DB's for 12-15 reps on a good day.  My gym doesn't have anything heavier.  Strength isn't my goal on pressing, but i do want to see how much i am capable of cleaning with good form.

Unreal numbers. Especially on the incline DB press. Excellent work.
