the first pic is the best pic ive ever seen of that particular pose. In relation to 92, youre way off. He was 3rd behind Dorian and Shawn. IMO Shawn was the best guy that day

Kevin has always been one of my favorites. physique is always asthetically pleasing and the symmetry is off the chain. it is truly amazing that he can go from his contest size and shape to not then back again.
hate to see him looking so small. its almost like all the muscle and everything fell out of him.

All this Hate towards levrone is crazy, to me the ablibity to blow up and slim down like levrone used to, is a good genetical gift if you ask me. When you look at it he was one of very few pro's that was able to live a normal life most of the year and then still be one of the best in the world when it came time to compete, to me thats ace, i mean from what i can tell people like culter and other guys can never really go any where or do very much because of eating, resting and training. You got to consider that when these guys inlcuding levrone get to a certain age, maybe they don't want to be big and weighting heavy any more.

If I recall, he dropped so much weight intentionally by only eating once a day - he wanted to lose some size so that he could get into acting. I'm sure if he maintained a semi-normal eating schedule and hit the weights a little harder he could probably get a lot of size back, on or off. I think he probably just doesn't have any use for it. It's not his job anymore.

First of all this M1 guy isn't me. He seems like an ok guy though :)
As for you haters, check out the last pages of the kevin levrone thread. There is a few pics from a recent M&F magazine showing he still has size. As for the pic of him looking small next to some dude in this thread, when your bodyfat is down to single digits at about 200 you won't look that big wearing the shirt he's wearing.

Also from that show, really the difference was Coleman's back, just totally dwarfed everyone elses. Eventhough this was Ronnie "pre-gut" as hulkster likes to put it, his midsection was crap compared to wheeler and levrone and Coleman simply looked retarted trying to the ab poses.

Perhaps "bashing" isn't the appropriate word.
I'm refering to comments from Croatch, sarcasmars, and Pet Shop Boys regarding how small Kevin is. IMO, it comes off as foolish ranting. He's retired, no longer a pro bodybuilder, and moved on.

It's actually quite easy.
Lots of cardio and an uber strict diet will do it.
The hard part about being big (as I'm sure we all know) is keeping lean mass on.

LOL... I'm one of those big boned farm boys.
Of course everyone is different but think about it. If you quit lifting weights and cut back on your meals (specifically protein) what happens to your lean muscle mass?
It's like when a fat person loses weight by starving themselves. Their metabolism slows down and yet they lose weight but still have a lot of body fat. A good portion of that lost weight is lean muscle.
Now if Kevin is (supposedly) eating only 1 meal a day and doing a boat load of cardio work he's droping a lot of lean muscle and body fat. He's going to get small fast. I'm betting he's still eating regularly but taking in no where near the protein and carbs he's accustomed to.
Before he left Maryland for California he had been doing that for quite a while. He droped a lot of his competition size but even though he was very lean looked healthy. He was never one to train between competitions anyways so I'm sure this wasn't a big adjustment for him.
