Hi, this is not my home board, but I have been a long time reader of getbig.  I am a wannabe powerlifter who is looking for AAS advice for me to gain strength but stay in 90kg weight class.  I have very little body fat (around 8%) so dropping that and adding muscle isn't much of an option.  I just need STRENGTH from the same muscle tissue.

Stats (converted to lbs to make it easier to understand):

196lb bodyweight
S 465lb
B 355lb
D 600lb
T 1420lb

So nothing amazing but this will only be my second meet.

Here is my cycle proposal -- I know it's only 4 weeks away now, I have been doing low dosage test/tren/mast up until now.  any thoughts on this last minute blast please?

Test prop 250mg EW (I do not handle E2 bloat well and have a hard time to control it)
Tren E 500mg EW
Mast E 350mg EW
Halo 40mg ED
OPTIONALLY ON TOP Var 100mg ED
Aromasin 12.5mg EOD


What do you guys think? Is this too much for my bodyweight?  Any suggestions from you experienced PL's? Would really appreciate any input

Should I add the 100gmg var ED ontop of the halo and is hat going to fuk liver?

Any other compound I've forget about that can add pure strength?

OK guys, specific questions then:

- Will adding in 100mg anavar ED on top of the halo be dangerous (liver)?  And will it add any improvement to strength or just be redundant?
- Will upgrading the masteron dosage do anything for strength or just help me keep water off?
- Is there any other strength compound which I have overlooked that I could add or swap in?

EDIT: Nasht5, those are some badass lifts.  This is why I posted this question on this forum - cause I see that there are some very strong guys around here.  I just hope I can get a little more input on this one for you PL guys!

you have 3 post to your credit and your asking questions about illegal supplements... no one really wants to answer your questions officer, er, man.

but from what I've read here in the past from pro bodybuilders and about legendary powerlifters of the past, it does seem 100mg of anavar everyday is the way to go and no big deal on the liver. actually 50mg ed for ever is also no big deal on the liver. 40mg of halo ed is ok for about 4wks is about the limit since it is toxic.

Well, I may have 3 posts but everyone has to start somewhere on a new board.  If the lack of replies is because people think I'm the 5-0 or something absurd like that, then I think I'm better off elsewhere.

40mg Halo and 100mg Var for 4 weeks will be fine....don't drink. I like your layout.

I feel inclined to reply because I feel that the intention of your post is to make me look or feel like an idiot.

If I asked for a source I would understand your antagonism.  But in all my time on forums, I have not heard of any rule that asking for cycle advice with a low post count is a no-no.  If this place is an exception to my understanding, then forgive me.  But there's no need to be rude.

I know a couple world record holders that run something like this closer to a meet:

Week4 - Week2 - The switch from anabolics to light androgenics happens.

<1g test
<1g tren
100mg Anavar ED

Week2 - Weigh Ins - Rampup - Last heavy squat/deadlift preferably your planned openers for a double.

<1g test
1.5g - 2g tren
200mg Anavar ED
200mg Halotestin ED

After Weigh Ins - Peak

Immediately after 24 hour weigh ins*

150mg+ test no ester
150mg+ tren base
1-2mg+ Methyltrienolone
200mg Halotestin
Peptide GHRP-6
Humalog
As much food as you can possibly eat

Expect random nosebleeds this day for obvious reasons*

Sleep whenever possible because you likely won't be able to when you actually want to*

5am: Get your shit together. Eat a small solid meal of protein/fat, want to keep blood sugar stable.
6am:

150mg Test no ester
150mg Tren Base
2mg Methyltrienolone
Adderall or other powerful focus/stimulant drug.


Pretty common (rough) outline of an elite powerlifter's meet blast give or take...And like I said I am basing this off of my personal knowledge of a world record holding 220/242 guy. And he doesn't take any orals AT ALL when not in this 4 week phase.

It's just cycling off of anabolics and slowly peaking the androgenics 4 weeks out. Pretty common in all strength sports. This being your second meet use it as a learning experience to learn how you react to the orals etc.

After realizing I just outlined a 1,800lb+ total lifter's blast to you (a beginner) I would consider this:

Week 4 - 2
250mg test
500mg tren
100mg anavar

Week 2 - weigh ins

250mg test
500mg tren
100mg anavar
50mg halo

After weigh in

100 mg TNE
100mg anavar
100mg halo
GHRP-6 + food

Day of meet

100mg TNE
100mg anavar
100mg halo
Adderall or equally powerful focus enhancer.

Seems pretty "blasty" for where you're at.

Honestly there are multiple huge scale domestic websites running -- and have been for years -- as we speak selling millions of dollars worth of steroids. What makes you think the DEA or ANYONE gives a SHIT what you post on this random ass forum...

if you're competing in the 90 kg class you could easily make weight weighing up to 97-98 kg

i made the 67.5's from a normal bodyweight of 72.5 kg

i lost this 5 kg in about 12 hours (without diuretics by taking a double dose of laxatives and dehydrating myself) and made weight @ 67.5 on the weigh in the day before the meet and i weighed 73.5 kg at the start of the meet on the following day 8)
