Wrestlemainia II was probably my least favorite. But I do think the concept was cool. Three diffent venues with three differnt announce teams.
New York
Chicago
Los Angeles
Could they pull this off in current time and if so who would the three announce teams be?

I thought Elvira did pretty decent with Jesse and Lord Alfred. She tossed out some good lines.
Crosby and James were horrible. I forget how many times Crosby "reminded" us this was her first wrestling show. And, do you remember James yelling, "Go, George...Eat his leg!" during the I-C title match?

I chalk it up to the fact that this was all still very new to Vince. I think he later learned how to. To only choose better celebrity hosts, but he also learned how to better utilize them. The first two Mania's seemed like he just got whoever he could to appear.

I would be willing to believe that if it weren't for Morton Downey Jr. making an appearance in a later WM.

Didn't the crowd start chanting "boring" during that segment? That was during Piper's Pit marking Roddy's big return to wrestling after taking time off to knock out a couple of movies like They Live and the cinematic triumph Hell Comes to Frog Town.

That's right. I remember it was something like that. The whole segment ran too long.

It was like VKM said, "I have to go to the bathroom...keep this going until I get back," and instead of just taking a leak, he ended up beating off and taking a massive dump.
