I'm going to start trying to drink 32oz of water first thing in the morning. That's gonna take some time to get used to.

Not enough my royal friend. What do you think the benefits are from upping your water intake on rising?

Get hydrated sooner. Goes down easy.

Triple filtered tap water... about 24oz every morning right after I wake up. Been doing this for the past 30 years.

I only down about 500ml upon waking up, which is about 18oz I think. Seems to be enough to make me feel more alert.

About 16oz filtered through coffee grounds.

The other day I drank about a quart of water as soon as I woke up.
I noticed that I felt stronger. And more energetic.

I drink water throughout the night. I drink filtered club soda water that I make myself. Argentines drink alot of club soda water.

drink down a can of Mt Dew, jump in shower and off to work.
first water I drink isn't till I finnish first few clients of the day, around 2pm.

1 litre within 30 minutes of wake,...then hammer down at least another 5 litres through the day

i used to date a girl who literally drink 4-6 ounces of vodka when she got up every day. before getting out of bed. She was completely functional too. great gal.

A few Pepsi Maxs and then I fill a 64 oz orange juice bottle up with water. Usually fill it up twice in a few hours. Then I drink another when I workout, then fill up a fourth time and finish that by the end of the day. In addition to that, I usually have 6-12 Pepsi Maxs a day.

Not much, not until breakfast.
I cant stomach much water on an empty stomach in the AM.
I am usually up, throw on some clothes, in the car and out for a coffee within 5 mins usually.
Then when i am back home, i chug water as i work.
