Phillippines isnt a 'terrorist state'....there are several fringe factions of seperatists(muslims, who else ::) who live in the jungles and occasionally blow shit up and murder people-typical muslim stuff- but they are not representative of the phillippines as a whole. It is not an islamic state by a longshot.

We don't have these groups training in our country. Nor do most civilized nations. The govts just won't allow it.
Any govt that won't/cant stop it? And a population that isn't turning in the bad guys trianing in their backyards?
I wouldn't put much confidence in the people of that country.

Maybe it's cause our president drops bombs on terr'ists? And I say this about any prez we have - bush, clinton, whoever is next. I think people in most countries that allow some terror activities probably hate the US prez, regardless of which party he's in.
They also protested Bush when he visited the philippines in 2003.

We've been conducting combat operation in the Philippines since 2001. Its the other front as part of Operation Enduring Freedom. Most folks don't mind us there. But we've been there for along time...with a dubious record. Clark and Subic and the hookers.....ask Jag she's from there.

Bush was a genuine retard. He did all this stupid shit, launching invasions of seeming random countries..according to obama this was wrong and he ran on a campaign of avoiding such crap.
Once obama is in, he does the same shit as bush...staying and expanding afghanistan, going into libya, trying desperately to go to war in syria, now trying to get involved and sending US forces to a border dispute between russia and ukraine.
Both of these presidents have stupid foreign policies. Both send billions of dollars in 'aid money' to foreign countries, including israel, and get all ruffled up about the borders in foreign countries while leaving our OWN border issues unaddressed.

Philipines is not a terrorist state. It's a thrd world shitehole.
The government of the Philippines is overwhelmingly Catholic. They have a Muslim problem just like many other countries but they are not a terrorist state.
What they probably object to is the number of rapes committed by US Navy personnel. The Japanese don't like that too much either.
