Shouldn't even have made the news. The fact that it did is a pretty sad statement about our media/society.
I would be saying the same thing if the roles were reversed.

TMZ "just happened to overhear" something a man said about black people to his BLACK girlfriend.
America needs one of Squadfather's "oh, brother ::) " speeches at a time like this.

I dunno..... doesn't seem to me to be the kind of publicity he's looking for.
Looks like this is going to prove far more expensive than $1.8 Million.
Someone should have simply sucked up the loss, and moved on. There's gonna be a lot of red ink/blood spilled
But I guess this is the type of hassle & controversy to be expected when a man isn't man enough to keep others out of his relationships.

The truly f-ed up part is that racists will view his situation as proof that their bigoted antiquated ways are valid.

What this proves is that there are people who think a man can't have an opinion unless they agree with it.
A lot of attention whores tripping over themselves to get on tv and condemn this man they had never heard of a month ago.
And the bottom line is...no one minds him signing checks.

I don't know if I would call what Sterling said a rant.
He's clearly a racist based on his comments but what he said was actually pretty tame.
