...has been achieved! 20 years toiling in The Pointless Natty Experience to get 17" was annihilated in 3 months of low-dose. Finally, my arms look "normal" on my 6'3"+ frame.
I want to thank my guru, Galeniko, my spiritual advisor, Anabolichalo. I want to also thank Geneza Pharm and finally my wife, for never letting me forget that she "likes big arms."
I always said that when I hit 18's, I was done...nahhhh! Maybe I can hit 19?

Your instincts do not deceive, my triceps suck and I am going to be launching a campaign to save them.
That said, I can only do about 20 bodyweight pullups in a row and maybe about 60 good push-ups in a row.

I am the same
All I do for biceps is curl the empty bar for 100 reps once a week for my biceps tendons
I do shitloads of triceps volume but my biceps are far stronger

Groan. The thing is to get to 18" on biceps alone means that I could be legit 19's if I could just coax my tris to respond at all.
I dip, I do close-grip (when my shoulders allow) and I don't fuck with stupid tri work and nothing. Shit, my wife's tris are better. Arrrgghhh!

I have the opposite problem. my 18.75/19in is due to my triceps. if I could get my bi's to grow, I'd be able to hit 20in at 230/235lbs roughly. funny thing is, my arms at heaviest of 247 about 10yrs ago were just barely larger than they are now at 225/230.

Everyone has parts of their body that stand out, and some that are not so hot.
Unfortunately I have extremely long arms and long muscle bellies. So my bicep just looks flat.
