another very interesting Bodybuilder who made PHA Training popular... PHA ( peripheral heart Action ) differs from Standard circuit Training because you skip from upper and lower Body exercises.. avoiding a pump. Great for Muscle mass and Condition.. you can still use a good weight. well look at Gadja... amazing at 3.45 how the Abs are displayed and even flexing the obliques.. :o
