Amateur show in Germany in 2009 (!!!). Never matched that type of conditioning and total package again (not even close actually). All the added size was useless, just went downhill since then. He's done.

Seems like insulin really fucks up peoples ability to get into condition
What I ask myself..is this storage of less quality size into the muscles due to slin reversible? So if you drop it to more conservative doses would one be able to repeat conditioning from former times? Or does it fuck people up forever

Kid has the potential, IMO to DOMINATE the 212 class. He has so much damn muscle its not even funny

Insulin has potential to create marbilized intramuscular fatty tissue. Adipocytes are argued to be nearly impossible to destroy, so I think these guys are creating massive amounts of intramuscular adipocytes and making it impossible to create the old school traditional shredded look. Add on to that the thickened dermal layers via GH...It's not just subcutaneous fat were dealing with here or the fact that guys "can't diet nowadays."
Insulin is the worst thing to happen to bodybuilding.
This is professional opinion on men in thongs.

Nah, he was of course very impressive for his age, but also very smooth by competition standards.
Poor Alexey, that's probably his most impressive shot ever, but noone is talking about him seeing that pic, as the guy in the background is stealing the whole show from him ;D

BEVO,,i agree he was freak as kid and if he overtime got a bit bigger instead of literally exploding with size yeah he would have been good matchup with henry/lewis,he is packed like jose Raymond with too much on there frame ,everything rubbing together no space..

Maybe he is just a lazy dieter and it's genetic, some people simply get that bit more shredded due to superior genetics.
By your logic, the whole olympia line up will be on Insulin, but why are they all more shredded than Lesukovs best ever?

Sometimes the body gets shredded effortlessly and some other time you do everything the same way but you simply can't match the same condition or size.

I agree with the OP.
He usef to remind me of a miniature Arnold
with Big bi's and chest with stellar striations with a small
waist.
Now he has a big gut and has lost all those things that made him look great.
I do think the get bigger at all costs has hurt 90% of pros that do it
and help maybe 10%.
