Had the same thing when i played football. Started off as jock itch then spread to legs. Hours of wearing a jock strap and polyester football pants in the hot humid summer while sweating and running around.
Used nizoral shampoo as a body wash and it went away.
if spread to upper body you may need oral fungicide due to systematic spread. Your guts yin and yang of bacteria and fungus may be upset. Balance needs to be restored.

if you deadlift with weightlifting technique as i always did
then the very first part is the hardest, once near the knee its like the easiest thing
because the hardest part is setting up the back insanely tight and pushing off the legs, not pulling on the back, as weightlifters do this exercise
so in my case half deadlifts would be way more effective to hit the spinal erectors i guess
also seems safer because you are well within limits of your flexibility and less chance to snap your shit up if you ask me as long as you dont play the ego game

Your post implies that American's English is top notch. I'd say that every country outside of the US who learn and speak English, speak better English than Americans do...BY FAR. Ebonics is not top notch English my Italian friend.

There are those of us who value proper English and those who don't. I guess it mostly depends on whether you care that it classes you, sometimes inaccurately. My German family say I speak "Oxford English" it is meant to be a compliment. Compliments are always nice.
It's a sharp contrast, but it is interesting how so many folks put those who speak "ghetto talk" down as being inferior beings. I understand their message, so shouldn't that be all that counts....and yet it really doesn't.
