When you bodybuild, everybody want to take you down...they will sacrifice everything only to destory your regime/diet/training.
They want to see you weak and out of shape it makes them feel more comfortable about themselves. Lame skinny fats and lazy phermabulkers...creatine warriors this what goes these days. Hustle people everywhere at job , clubs,gym and restaurants...all are jealous and bitter hoping to see you struggle and fall.

same applies with smokers. i stopped years ago but twats keep on offering the fuckers all the time. one girl in particular can't seem to hack the fact that i beat my poisonous addiction whilst he is unable to conquer his despite his atrocious health and little, black, rotting teeth. he's been telling me for five fucking years that i'm gonna 'crack' ::)

You shouldn't be "visiting" family or friends when dieting, that is your first mistake.

Only whores should be your family and porn your friends when dieting. This is from real bodybuilding bible and real knowledge school.

You can only visit family or friends during off season and bulking phase.

I know you don't believe in bulking but there is reason for it more than just stuffing your face with food and being perma-bulker.

It gives you psychological break from dieting etc. This why periodization concept is very important in everything in bodybuilding.

Being lean all year round means either dead before 45 or living miserable life all the time.

I have seen your pictures and I know your diet you sent me.

You obviously look great but if you want to add mass I 100% know you are making some mistakes, I am being honest with you.

You have naturally lean ecto type body with fast metabolism. You are eating wrong for your body type and listening too much to Flex magazine bullshit.

Your first mistake is you are eating way too clean, eating chicken, rice every day is not good all the time.

Start eating 50% dirty/ 50% clean, so start eating your burger and french fries and your soda, your body need that kind of food and only way to increase calories properly.
Its impossible for you to eat 7000 calories clean, YOU NEED 7000 Plus not 5000, I am 100% sure about this.

Also quit doing 40 minutes cardio everyday, this is not productive for your right now.

Start taking Deca and Dbol and all the aromatising compounds with the test, classic stack, test+deca+dbol. Drop the EQ

Don't worry about getting little bit fat, it is necessary to add muscle, bodydbuilders been doing this way successfully for reason for many many years.

This "lean" gains its fucking myth and bullshit or very very very slow way to add muscle.

You need good 6 -8 months off season like the way I say.

If you listen to me I can add on your frame easily 20lb good muscle in the next year.

Now when you have all this extra muscle dieting gonna be so much easier and you get shredded even quicker when you start dieting and changing compounds back to like EQ, Tren etc and add in T3 + Clen etc.

I know what I am talking about.

Halo, sometimes when I am dieting and have to be around people I will make sure I am chewing gum so when they offer me food I can say "no thanks chewing gum" then sometimes I show it to them or blow a quick bubble, no homo.

I know it sounds silly but people tend to respect the sanctity of the gum more than your own wishes.  ::)

Dieting all the time is ridiculous. You can look amazing and eat good tasty food. I have something sweet everyday ice cream or cookies sometimes twice a day. I look good year around. Although I'm not a huge fan of the ultra shredded look I stay lean enough. If you workout hard and pin your anabolics you shouldn't get fat. The things god gave us to be happy are food and sex. You look like a jerk going to your parents house and eating chicken.and broccoli. Makes you like an upright  dork.

If I went to my parents house and my mom had a big plate of spaghetti and some fresh bread no way I would turn that down that kind of stuff is good a couple times a week. Your mom will feel good about herself for feeding you.

I use to go to my grandparents and my grandma would stand over me when I ate lol! She would say monja monja eat more eat more. I always did. Home cooked meals are nutritious chicken and broccoli is shit food.

my advisor tells me that the leaner you can stay and the more clean food you can consume without getting fat the better your body will grow

for this exact reason he advised me to add cardio if possible, because i can be eating even more and growing bigger not fatter

Halo you are on the right track keep eating clean and gaining lean muscle mass, junior has no idea what he is talking about and he has no discipline to eat clean that is why he is fat and out of shape while juicing.

Dieting all the time is ridiculous. You can look amazing and eat good tasty food. I have something sweet everyday ice cream or cookies sometimes twice a day. I look good year around. Although I'm not a huge fan of the ultra shredded look I stay lean enough. If you workout hard and pin your anabolics you shouldn't get fat. The things god gave us to be happy are food and sex. You look like a jerk going to your parents house and eating chicken.and broccoli. Makes you like an upright  dork.

When you bodybuild, everybody want to take you down...they will sacrifice everything only to destory your regime/diet/training.
They want to see you weak and out of shape it makes them feel more comfortable about themselves. Lame skinny fats and lazy phermabulkers...creatine warriors this what goes these days. Hustle people everywhere at job , clubs,gym and restaurants...all are jealous and bitter hoping to see you struggle and fall.

eating frequently at mcdonalds is a fucking stupid idea while bulking, why fuck urself up from tons of trans fatty acids and high glycemic carbs when u can get the same amount of calories from better sources of food with healthier fat, protein and carb composition oh and bulking while being natural is even more retarded.
Oh and it really matters what's your starting point when bulking, whether ur 8% or 17% BF is a different ball game since your insulin sensitivity lowers as ur BF increases thus your body secretes more of it and u put on more fat, retain more sodium - water, ur blood pressure goes up etc.

That is exactly the point! if you are taking steroids why would you want to compound the problem by eating unhealthy foods, you should be eating healthy unprocessed foods and detoxifying your body every few months.

my advisor tells me that the leaner you can stay and the more clean food you can consume without getting fat the better your body will grow

for this exact reason he advised me to add cardio if possible, because i can be eating even more and growing bigger not fatter


he had 53cm arms (altho i think this is fucking bullshit, but he was huge in the pics) at shredded condition he knows what hes talking  baout

you realize their chicken and bacon salad has like, ~10 grams of fat, ~30 grams of protein and 220 calories...

their chicken club sandwich has 40 grams of protein and like 510 calories

that's pretty damn good no matter how you slice it... it's just a chicken breast on some bread

oh brother, next i'm going to hear about how the bun is made with sugar ::)

I got called anti social when I turned down an invitation to have drinks and nibbles one night. I pointed out the fact that I had asked her for coffee the day before so therefore cannot be anti social. I honestly did not want to fill myself with crap food and alcohol after gym and wanted to eat my salmon and greens.
