if he just wanted to help, he'd make that video, meet with his congressman or congresswoman, and point out the risk to them.
he wants to be a political spectacle. Nothing wrong with that, of course. but he can never say he was just about doing the right thing. Residual side effect of being a spectacle with his findings are the bad guys, uneducated with 80 IQ and blinded with rage, really might not have considered lake erie a possibility. Now they might.
