Title: intra workout nutrition

i'v seen a lot of friends who increased the mass in their lugging parts by using an intra workout shaks ( like john meadw's method) well what's your opinions about that ? is it for natty ? and for AAS bodybuilders is it neccasary to inject slin before the workout to store more nutrients in the muscles ? ( in addition with the hgh and aas)

the rest of the question is not on the right board... i'd ask the steroid boys

the 'lagging' question also does not make sense to me

then again i don't think many things in bodybuilding make sense...
