i went did one of those 7 point BF test yesterday, oh yeah 21.6%. i just did a 4 point not to long ago and got 17.3% but i will go with 21.6% for motivation. so i guess i will use this a progress thread. i will have pictures soon. i figure all of the bashing will keep me motivated as well.
currently 5'10, 197.5lbs @ 21.6% BF
my goal is just to be down somewhere around in the 10s for my vacation in june
diet wise i am just getting started just trying to have 6-8 healthy meals a day
eggs w/cheese and oatmeal
either chicken and rice or a turkey sandwhich
beef and brown rice
workout
post wo shake w/fruit and oatmeal
dinner (i am being leaneant here)
either a shake or egg whites prior to bed
i know the diet is vague but i have to take diet in steps, i can not go head first. i will be on this till next month when i can gauge where i am at a little better.

No worries dude. I get that fat ever winter (well almost, around 18%) and I get to 10% by mid April every year. What your going through is normal for some people.

usually i get between 16-18% in "offseason", but i was gaining good and i was getting stronger so i presumed it was muscle, and going by the 3 point pinch i was doing good. then someone at the gym said the 7 point was more accuarte so i wnet for it, and bam i'm fat :'(
oh well i know i will be all right but none of my friends work out so i thought if i posted here it would help me keep on track.
so hopefully you guys will help keep my honest!
