yeah, I'd be careful. She's staying with him for some reason - money or power. That vacation pic says he has some $$$. and if he's old/balding (aren't we all lol), and he finds out about it, he might use money/power to mess up your world. Ya just never know with people. Some girls have no problem just letting another random's dude life get ruined so she can win attention back from her main guy.
So that's just one random getbigger's advice... you have the look and physique to sign up on match and have ten dates inside of 2 minutes... no sense going for a girl with a complex web of lies and scheming who isn't going to leave the older guy, or she would have done it already. The world is scary and info is everywhere. If he wants to use power/money to make your life suck, he can. So I'd just steer clear, create a POF or match account, and go home every night smiling after banging a single girl, with no worries of retribution from a scorned powerful man. great physique and look by the way, can tell you work hard for it.
Walk away from her. Let them work on their marriage. Have some fun without strings or worry. Just my 2 cents.

I'm speaking in general terms here so not necessarily about the man in question here specifically.
Young guys often make the mistake of messing with older guys wives/girls in their fifties/sixties on the basis that there wont be any consequences because:
a) They don't work out, they are nothing to look at unattractive, fat, beta and you can smash their faces in a fight etc
...they see this as weakness which they can exploit and mess with their relationships etc
While each situations is different what the younger guys don't see and cant know is the guys bank balance, his possible networks/connections/influence etc
Real life situations are never dealt with in terms of how you look, how physically strong you are or the size of your biceps (that's just delusional)
Older guys have been around a long time, they know "whats up" and "how things work", they are experienced dudes generally with not much left to look forward in life yet with everything to protect for their families etc......dangerous combo.
God forbid you walk into one of those total assholes on a power trip who has the resources and capability to ruin your life in a multitude of ways.

He was too stupid to erase the 5th placing (light heavies) in the 2011 NPC USA that he claimed.
Which was obviously traced back to Alex Gonzalez. Who is obviously not the board shorts wearing Enzo.

Thanks Flex, unfortunately I did not crack the top 5 but it's alright I was up against some great competition. The judges told me my symmetry was perfect, I just needed more mass. So I'll be going all out this off season. I spared a lot of size trying to make 198.
I can't believe Aaron Clark is only 23. He looked amazing! He has a bright future
Nick had the best shape in SHs imo. All he needs is better conditioning and his time will come. Stephen brought his A game though and is super humble, so congrats to him and all the new pros

There's a recent long ass thread on here about Ulysses being possibly the most aesthetic bodybuilder today, he has a large following..and he doesn't even compete in the IFBB. I used to think Musclemania and WBFF were second rate federations with clown acts, until I recently took a trip to the UK with 1 of my buddies Anthony Defosse who was competing in 1. (He's since signed up to the thunderdome, give him a warm welcome bitches )
First off, it had the hottest fucking women I ever seen in my life (damn you marriage!) ..very feminine tightly toned bodies with big round asses. ;D but also, alot of the guys had sick builds aswell. Well conditioned and aesthetic looks albeit much smaller. Builds that would inspire the average person to pick up weights instead of grossing them out. The show was also much more entertaining than any npc event or pro show outside The Olympia that I've attended.
Some might say this is the pussification of bodybuilding, but IMO it's the art of building a pussyslaying physique.

You do this and I am convinced you are the individual in the picture.

The source corroborated what the Times reported.
At least one of the wounds Brown suffered is consistent with a struggle and appeared to be fired at close range, according to a different source with first-hand knowledge of the investigation.

Avoid it if possible. Olive Oil will have a bit higher smoke point than Extra Virgin, but I would not use either one if you are deep frying. Shallow frying and pan frying you can get away with and that will not pose any problem at all. Either way, just don`t let them smoke for too long.

It's not the worst thing in the world to cook with, but the point is there are better heat resistant options to cook with, from a nutritional standpoint, such as coconut oil or Mac nut oil, or even cooking with pure lard/bacon fat/etc.
I personally keep my cooking oils separate from my dressings or dietary oils for a reason. EVOO is such an amazing oil in its raw unprocessed uncooked form, I prefer to savor every bit of it in its purest form so I ensure I'm getting all available benefits.
