Look nice. But once u got used to shorts u cant have long pant while trining. Your skin dosent get air! Same for tshirts and kai green hoodies. When I do cardio, all I wanne do is get rid of every clothes I have on my body to get air. My skinn need air, breath!
Making all these clothes wet by sweat is pretty stupid haha, when u just can workout in bare torso, having a towel on the bench! U need to wash it, need to dry it, need to BUY it. Clothes have lost it main purpose! Really stupid!

Add fanny pack, killer loops or gargoyles, thick scrunched up leg warmer type socks, white reeboks, squirt bottle, cassette Walkman, multi colored Velcro buckling lifting belt, tiger striped wrist straps, tub of hot stuff, box of cybergenics, spike up that hair n grow it long in the back n then u got it made.

I have this theory that somewhere there is a big warehouse where all the T Michael shirts and genie pants are being stored waiting for a comeback.
I don't care, if I still had my old stuff I'd still wear it too. Hell, I don't even have any of my trophy a or medals any more. All lost or thrown out somewhere along the way.

at 21:00+ his coach talks about how Lesukov gets better at further shows not at first show (water comes off in ongoing tournaments) and how they don't use diuretics because of the severe health risks...
in my opinion he should focus on symmetry and stop pounding heavy weights - seems like there is some kind of sick mass obsession withing his coach and Lesukov ... like they are chasing something that they already have

Jeff Long had that issue with that coach he had John O'Regan (who also coached Nick Trigili and Dallas McCarver years ago) He kept showing up for comps looking like a water balloon.

I work out in denim overalls with the legs cut off so they mimic Daisy Dukes. Bright red Otomix. Hat on backwards.

I wear old school cotton sweats like Rocky I. They are worn thin with holes in them. My wife just bought me a new one and I can' believe how thick they are. The are hot as hell.

I wear very short red shorts and a yellow golds gym tank top and thin slippers. My skin breathes very well.

Just think about the things people will be saying with regards to the fashion of sagging pants below not just your ass crack but below your complete ass. And then there's the green drinks....I could go on, but you get the point.

Nostalgia hit me. I wore spandex tights to do legwork yesterday. They are warm and allow for freedom of movement. Who gives a shit how they look to others. I'm wearing them again this week.

Mike's my superhero. -What a nice guy. Years ago, we worked out at the same gym. He was friendly and helpful. He never had an attitude. He looked great. Hope he still does today. That gap toothed smile is a winner.
