for forearms?

i'm doing behind the back wrist curls for 5 sets of 225 lbs for 10 reps twice a week..i figure they get hit during curls nad back work and just holding the weight in general since i dont use straps...



do you think since they're so dense they need more? and what is considered a heavy forearm lift? i dont see it discussed much  :-\

forearms respond much better to higher reps, try 3 sets of 20-30 reps

reverse preacher curls with a straight bar work good as well, I've probably seen the most results from these personally

Agreed, higher reps are one of the keys.
